Nicosia, Cyprus. 13 November 2014 – Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd. has concluded an agreement with PSI AG for the sale of its UK subsidiary Broner Metals Solutions Ltd., a provider of IT solutions in the field of production planning and control, supply chain management and MES (manufacturing execution systems) for the steel and aluminium industry.
