Nicosia, Cyprus – 15th March 2012. Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd., the leading independent solutions provider to the global process industry and the only company of its kind in Cyprus announced that it has received approval for the participation in the funded Scheme “Replacement of lower productivity positions with higher productivity positions”.

The scheme aims to empower enterprises to replace low value added employment positions with higher value added ones. The project is administered by the Cyprus Productivity Centre and is co-funded by the European Social Fund.

To achieve increased employee productivity, the company will implement a series of actions including:

  • Training of personnel in various fields such as time management and project management, empowering human resources, effective presentation skills, motivation etc.
  • Purchase and installation of new software that will allow users and employees to manage projects and timelines online, to prepare manuals and training materials etc.
  • Reorganization and creation of new marketing department, which will contribute to the growth of local and foreign operations, which will occur over the next 2-3 years.
