Hyperion Expands Its Office in India As A Result Of Expansion and Growth in Business

Pune, India, 9th November 2007. Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd., the leading independent Operator Training Simulator (OTS) supplier and provider of lump-sump turn-key solutions and services to process industries worldwide, announced that it has moved location to larger offices in Pune, India, in response to growing business.

Hyperion has transferred operations to a newly built and significantly larger, office facility in Pune, Maharasthra. Hyperion C.E.O. and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Symeon Kassianides, officially declared the new office open on October 16th, 2007. The office is well equipped to sustain the continued growth of Hyperion’s OTS business, while providing expansion capabilities for other Hyperion business activities such as Advanced Process Control (APC) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Hyperion India employs a large and growing team of experienced engineering professionals and is a significant part of Hyperion’s global execution capability. This new office move will provide Hyperion a solid platform for its continuous expansion in the Indian and global markets. The new office provides increased facilities to support the growth of the engineering teams and improved facilities for project systems integration, staging, and testing.

The Pune office apart from successfully completing projects for the, Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Utiity Power industries has close ties with the local Sinhagad College of Engineering through sponsorship and participation in technical symposia and by providing the students with a deep understanding in dynamic simulation, an increasingly critical aspect of chemical engineering.
