Group Chairman and CEO
Symeon Kassianides·is the founder, CEO and Chairman of Hyperion responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, growth and financial control of the company. With a PhD and DIC in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London (UK) and a BSc from MIT (USA), Dr. Kassianides has extensive experience in project execution and management in the process and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he presently serves as a Director on the Board of a number of companies and organizations, including the Employers and Industrialists Federation of Cyprus, and the Natural Gas Public Company (DEFA) where he was appointed non-executive Chairman in March 2017.

Stavros Spanos
CEO, Hyperion Energy and Deputy Group CEO

Stavros Spanos is a Mechanical Engineer from National Technical University of Athens (Greece), and holds an MBA in IT Management from Cass Business School in London (UK). He joined Hyperion in 2001, after 7 years in consumer goods & electronics retailing. In Hyperion he held a number of roles and projects, including setup of the company's MES group, establishment of Hyperion's M.East subsidiary in Bahrain, expansion of the company's activities in Russia/CIS (for which he relocated to Moscow from 2003 to 2008), global sales coordination, marketing and management of the group partner relationships.  In 2014 Stavros led the creation of Hyperion Energy, the positioning vehicle for the Group in the emerging hydrocarbons play in Cyprus and the East Med. Since 2016 he also serves as Deputy Group CEO.  Additionally, since November 2015 he serves as non-executive Chairman of CYSAB, the National Accreditation Body of the Republic of Cyprus.

Group Chief Financial Officer
Andreas Koulinos has extensive international experience in IT and management under various executive and consulting positions, as well as in the private equity investment area. He has worked with Ernst & Young (Australia) and PwC (Cyprus) before he became IT Director for IT Director for Pepsi Cola International (MEA & EE) and NKS Shacolas (the largest Cypriot retail and distribution group). Throughout his career he managed the evaluation, selection and implementation of IS & Technology in areas such as finance, services, retail, distribution, logistics and e-commerce. He was also responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies and managing IT investments. Andreas served as GM, Executive Director of CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd., where he led the evaluation of technology investment opportunities, the due diligence and the management of the investment portfolio. He also served on the Board of Directors and as an advisor in various private companies. Andreas joined Hyperion in 2010 as EVP of Strategic Planning and since August 2015, he serves as Group CFO. Andreas holds a BEcon (Accounting) degree from Macquarie University, Sydney (Australia).

Yves Hervé
CEO, Hyperion RSI Simulation

Yves Hervé is a graduate in Chemical and Process Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques (ENSIC), Nancy. He has been the Director for Sales & Marketing of RSI, from 2008 until 2016. Previously, he worked for Bouygues Offshore and Saipem. Since February 2017 he is the CEO of Hyperion RSI Simulation (www.hyperionRSI.net) a specialised OTS global provider which is jointly owned by the Hyperion Group and the French company RSI, the specialist simulation arm of IFP Training.  

Martin Harutunian
CEO, Hyperion Consulting

Martin Harutunian has over 20 years of professional experience in the Professional Services (Consulting) and Manufacturing industries. Martin worked for Deloitte management consulting in Russia/CIS, where as a Partner he led Supply Chain Management practice serving clients in Steel, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining and Automotive industries, with a consulting experience of over 40 completed projects and programs in Russia, Kazakhstan and Europe. Martin also was a member of the management team to grow the first specialized Supply Chain start up (i2 CIS) in Russia/CIS, which successfully implemented Supply Chain solutions (Planning and Execution) for local and international clients (Metals, Food/Grocery Retail, Power, 3PLs and transportation) in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Prior to joining Hyperion, he was working for Evraz North America as Maintenance Director and S&OP Director. Martin holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Process Technology (with distinction) from the Armenian State Engineering University and an MBA from McCallum Graduate School of Business (Bentley College, MA, USA). Since 2015 he is the CEO of Hyperion Consulting (www.hyperion.consulting) the Group's Manufacturing & Supply Chain solutions business.
